Just build your Deck with the knowledge that Chimeratech Overdragon doesn't "Destroy" anything when it is summoned. It "Sends" all cards on your side of the field to the Graveyard. That is not equal to destroying. The only thing that would be destroyed is any card that might have an effect that specifically states that when it is removed from the field, it is destroyed, like a monster targeted by Call of the Haunted, and even then, all cards are sent at the same time, so it would not be destroyed. Or, if Chimeratech Overdragon itself is summoned by Future Fusion, then he would be destroyed by Future Fusion being sent to the Graveyard.

When there is a monster wih [Gadget] in it's name on your side of the field, this card increases it's attack by 2000.
 
I am currently running a Chimeratech deck (although no gadgets yet). Jinzo and spell canceller and drillroid work really well.

Play future fusion and send the cybers, jinzo, spell canceller and a drillroid to the grave. Play overload and remove and then play dimension fusion to bring them all back.

It doesnt always get the one turn kill, but even on those times my opponent survives, they are normally in deep trouble, as they cannot use traps or magic and are facing a good lockdown.
