The spoils of Kycoo

can Kycoo removed the monster he destroys?
Ahhhhhh...

Perfect situation. Your opponent has 3 dark in his Graveyard, a face-down Magician of Faith and BLS in hand. You attack Magician of Faith, destroying it and sending it to the Graveyard.

Unfortunately, Kycoo cannot remove the monster he "just" destroyed from play. At best, he can remove 1 or 2 of the dark monsters, but only if they were sent to the Graveyard on a previous turn, or by another monster (or effect) during that turn.

(Emphasis mine)

Kycoo's effect only activates if you do LP damage to your opponent. So, unless he's got a fairy's meteor crush on him, he's not removing anything light or dark in this scenario. Sorry to be so picky. lol :)

When I was writing this, I never envisioned anyone would assume that it was a face-down Magician of Faith that was attacked.

Admittedly, I thought faster than I typed and just put the scenario of Magician of Faith being attacked. I didnt know face-down cards could be called by their name when attacked.

Anyway does it really matter whether he get rid of the light as your opponent would still not be able to summon BLS due to kycoo's 2nd effect right?
