i made a mistake with instant fusion took it out and added heavy storm and graceful charity there is no extra fusion monsters and re-fusion is for F.G.D to bring him back from the grave tike premature but for fusion monsters thanx for all the great advice
 
Mountain? take it out since it is a waste for dragon. Why not Rush? And Exile force & D.D.W.L Replace all the lvl 4 horus with the these two cards and a Magician of faith.
 
to be honest, for a victory dragon deck i would just wait for the gadjets and use d.tribe (d.tribe changes all monsters on your field into dragons) thatl be the quickest way, but victory dragon is a realy flawed card anyway as there is no ruling saying that your opponent cant forfit the match before the attack goes through, so becicly even if you do summon it and attack for match, your opponent can just say 'hang on befor you declare an attack i forfit now onto the next game':sorry
 
Try out the new Dragon monster, White-Horned Dragon. It's a 2200ATK Dragon/Dark/6 Star (i.e. can use DDV, although not in your case) and it utterly kills the use of MoF. (Good against Apprentice Engine, and well, everybody runs MoF anyway) At max, you'll get a 3700ATK beatstick monster.
