Thanks to everyone who offered their suggestions in the Deck Check forum. With your help, here's the finished product. It's still up for suggestions though, as I'm never 100% satisfied with a deck. Bear in mind, just because I didn't use your suggestion(s) doesn't mean I don't find them useful - just not necessarily for this deck. So without further ado...

what is the purpose of Jetroid?

the only traps you will activate is call, dust, robbin, and Time Seal.

there are nothing that can defend it or anything.

i know that there isnt much fear of getting attack, but why Jetroid?

what is its true purpose in this deck?

You answered your own question :p

Plus, at 1800 DEF, if there's a Robbin' on the field, I'll often times get to force the discard.

Mirror Wall would indeed be very helpful... I'd say that if you took out a single Robbin' Goblin for it, it wouldn't hurt the deck at all. My only concern is the multitude of your trap cards, but if you meta doesn't run Jinzo or Decrees, that isn't a problem.

Another problem I see with Jetroid is this:

It needs to be face-up to use its effect, obviously. If it's in defense position, chances are your opponent isn't going to attack it with a monster that has a lower ATK then its DEF, so that eliminates the prospects of using Robbin' Goblins. Torrential Tribute, the Drop Offs, and Dust Tornado when your opponent has no Spells or Traps on the field are also ruled out. That leaves you with Time Seals and Call of the Haunted, and perhaps Mirror Wall (which would be a nice combo, by the way ;D)... But I do understand why you like it, and it is good in this setting.

I like everything else though. Very well done. :D

I still say my idea was better, but I like what you've done with the deck. I agree with these guys, though: Jetroid is for protecting your non-chainable traps from Heavy Storm... I'd really expect to see cylinder/sakuretsu abuse with him.

Well, as expected Jetroid isn't flying well here (pun intended). I could add the aforementioned traps to abuse him more, but I'm trap heavy as is. I've yet to playtest with the Jetroids in there. If he doesn't work out as expected, I could just drop the 2 and cut the deck to 40 even, or for other defensive wall monsters like Wall of Illusion, Gravekeeper's Spy... or what do you think?

Preferrably something with attack. Although I do like the Roulette Barrel suggestion.

thats preaty much.

basically the deck looks like it flows together, but the Jetroids make the traps stand out and when you see the traps your like woah, what is the true purpose for the roids?

you know what i mean.

usually when you see the jet you see him backed up by sakuretsu's, cylinders, Draining Shield, you know, stuff that negates the attacks and makes it insanely hard for them to kill the jet from attacks, while you gain this insane advantouge with life points.

it can be really annoying and ive yet to see the deck that abuses the jet, i know there is one, but ive yet to see it. :D

I do like the Gear Golem idea. As well as Big Shield Gardna. Heck, even Middle Shield.

My thinking with Jetroid was to speed up the deck since Traps are generally slow. But the flip-side of that, is hand depletion. And I'm actually trying to gain hand advantage, lol.

Oh, the irony...

Irony? Try my slow OTK deck. It's called "equipped warriors", and it's somewhere in the advanced decks section.

its happens..

sometimes you want something but during play it goes completely the opposite.

its happend to me, but i learn from mistakes, which is something we all do.
