Here they come:

1) I have 1200 lp, my oppponent 200 lp, if he uses ring of destruction on a monster with 1500 atk, we die together or he dies first (he) 'cause he has less lp than me ???

2) Horus lv4 attack Penguin soldier face down. Horus came back in my hands. Horus effect starts however calling lv6, 'cause it has fulfill the conditions, or not ???

3) My opponent has 500 lp, if i attack with a 1600 atk monster his nimble momonga in atk mode, i win or not 'cause he recover 1000 lp ????

Thx

1) The effect of "Ring of Destruction" occurs simultaneously to both players... so it would be a draw.

2) No. Horus LV4 must still be on the field in order to be able to activate his effect. Since he's back in your hand, that condition was reset.

3) You would win since you would reduce him to zero before the effect of "Nimble Momonga" could activate.

Just in case you were confused on 2) the leveling up effect is only Spell Speed 1 so it can't be during the damage step.  So although it killed the monster it needed to it would have to have stayed on the field afterwards until your own Main Phase 2 End Phase before you could activate the effect.

no ring is a simultanoius effect.

hence both players loose their LP at the same time, so it means its a draw.

if it were to deal 1 then the other, then the opponent wouldnt lose untill the card resolved, just like gracefull chariity vs. exodia, you can automatically win until finish resolving graceful charity.
