thunder dragon versus forced requistion

since UDe stated that you can send your thunder dragon to search for zero thunder dragon in the deck(in case that there is no other thunder dragon in the deck)

since the very last action in this case is send thunder dragon to grave since there is no thunder dragon in the deck to be added to hand

it is enough to activate forced requistion?

besides "cheerfull coffin" and "gracefull chairty" what other cards could be used to activate "forced requistion"? i mean cards that you play and not the oponent

You still search for 0 cards. You still shuffle your deck. Forced Requisition is not legal to activate at this time.

Thunderdragons are my favorite cards as you can tell from my avatar. Awesome hand advantage. Great deck thinning. Terrific with Raigeki Break and Tribe. Useful to get out BLS (though even better in the days of the CED). Pack a reload and get the effect all over again. Drop 'em with painful choice. The combos are endless.
