Timing Involved?

I believe this goes on the lines of Witch and Sangan. As long as it is face up on the field when destroyed the effect goes off.

Edit: Missed the word "can" in the text. This means you have the option to use the effect. In this case I would say you could miss the timing.

Missing the Timing: "Peten the Dark Clown" is a "when"¦ you can" optional Trigger Effect. This means that "Peten" being sent to the Graveyard has to be the very last thing that happened in order to activate its effect.

Poison Draw Frog:
When this face-up card on the field is sent to the Graveyard (unless it was attacked while face-down and destroyed as a result of battle), you can draw 1 card from your Deck.

Therefore should be assumed to be an optional trigger effect.

Not true. Can means you may do it, it doesn't automatically give it timing issues. But I was thinking it was optional. Shall I send this to the Judge's List, or are we all in consensus now?

?????? Giant Trunade had to resolve in order to send all cards on the field in the Spell and Trap Zone back to hand. What's left to resolve?

Frog hit the field face-up, then got sent to the Graveyard because Call of the Haunted was returned to hand. Sounds like a resolution to me since you didnt indicate that there was anything else in the chain.
