Torrential Tribute vs Monster with special summon effects.

Wondering if these situations are correct.

I summon Cyber Stein. I call Priority on it's pay 5000LP to special summon a fusion monster. Then I activate Torrential Tribute BEFORE the actual Fusion Monster is summoned. If this all resolves without a prob, then all monsters on the field is destroyed, then I can special summon a fusion monster on a blank field.

Similar situation. But say it's Hand of N. And then I call Priority of summoning SPoN by tributing itself and 1 monster. And then I activate Torrential before SPoN hits the field.

You'd be correct in both scenarios. In both cases Torrential is Chain Link 2 and resolves before the mnster is summoned (Chain Link 1).

You can do essentially what you want to do, but 2 comments:

First, once you declare priority to use the monster's ignition effect, priority passes to the opponent who now has the first opportunity to chain.

Second, when you activate Torrential Tribute, it must be chained to your monster's ignition effect or in that same chain.

As stated, Torrential Tribute will resolve first and destroy all existing monsters on the Field, then you get to special summon your Fusion monster or Sacred Phoenix.
