Just need a clarification

Player A heavy storms
Player B no reaction
Player A chains scapegoat
Player B chains torrential


1)can u chain torrent like that?
2) does it work basckwards?
like
torrent
goats
heavy

3)or does it happen like this
Player A heavy storms
Player B no reaction
Player A chains scapegoat


so scapegoat happens
then
Player B chains torrential

then heavy goes through?

Torrential Tribute cannot be activated then, because the last thing to happen has to be a Summon. You cannot activate Torrential Tribute on an anticipated summon, you must wait for the current summon to succeed first.

No, this shouldn't work. Torrential activates after the summoning not on the card that causes the summoning. Torrential will have to be activated after the goats hit the field which will be after this chain has resolved, but since Torrential Tribute will have already have been destroyed it cannot activate.

if so
what about my third scenario?

player A heavy
player B no response
player A scapegoats

chain is finished.......

so scapegoat first then heavy goes throuhg........

not sure if u can cut in the middle like this.....
seems wrong.....but ill ask anyways....
so since goast first then heavy
can u play torrent right after goat?
