Trying to make a team-up deck, need people to throw out ideas

Well, the arkham inmates deck works extreemly well against some decks and horribly against others so it's being scrapped. After drafting emerald enemies twice I decided to make a deck out of them because I like them...

while researching emerald enemies and the green lantern set I notice that emerald enemies has a theme of exausting characters... as does arkham inmates. I wanna make a team up deck between the two affiliations and I need people to spew out ideas... not so much for characters (ideas for characters are still fine) but as an underlying strategy, principle, philosophy, combos, ideas in general.

Should I use sinestro as my 7-drop while using characters (inmates) that have 0 willpower?

Well, I'll tell you this much. There is no one deck in Vs that can truly stand up to every single deck type. Any build you construct will do well against some and badly against others. Arkham Inmates is actually quite mean against most decks. The exceptions are the true beatdowns like Sentinels or Big Brother. But I wouldn't trash it completely.

As far as a 7 drop for a Arkham Inmates/Emerald Enemies goes, I'd say you go with none other than Two-Face.
