Ultimate Offering and Scapegoat

I know that I am allowed another normal summon by paying 500 points for Ultimate Offering. However, because I am using a card's effect to bring out another monster (although labeled normal summon) would that extral normal summon be technically classified as a special summon, and if so could I use Sheep Tokens as tributes to bring out a tribute monster?

No, it would still be considered a "Normal" Tribute Summon so Sheep Tokens cannot be used.
