ok, i got a few questions about this card. :/ its a n00b card, but i still wanna know the rules and stuff about it.
1. can my opponent use the effect of the one i activated?
2. can i use it on my opponent's turn?
3. if so, can i use it ANYTIME during my opponent's turn?
