Ultimate Offering

Just a quick refersher, now what is the ruling for this card agian?
you can use this on either player's turn?
and can be used by the player who played the card? or by both?

basically when and who can use it

The player who controls Ultimate Offering is the only one that can use it, and can only do so during his Main Phase 1/2, and his opponent's Battle Phase.

just a curiosity, can u do it during ur own battle phase?? if not, y?

so im assuming cards like Scapegoats (after activated during same turn) does not allow the player to summon another time??

also wouldnt this be a good combo vs player using Ultimate Offering and Tsukuyomi??

No, only during your opponent's Battle Phase, or your Main Phase 1/2. We don't really have an exact reason why.

Not exactly; Scapegoat prevents you (the player who activated it) from summoning additional monsters.

kinda like a Book of Moon

that's not really a combo, just playing a card......lol, it can be rather effective, especially + Spring of Rebirth to regain the 500 for UO's payment.

Try Stray Lambs with Ultimate Offering sometime <s> It's a great way to get those big monsters out of your binder and put to good use.

Try Stray Lamb and Ultimate Offering sometime in a deck that uses a good number of tribute monsters. I've often used this combo in a deck I play 3 Guardian Sphinx in. I may wait until the end of my opponent's battle phase and use Ultimate Offering to then set Guardian Sphinx, a MOF, Swarm of Scarabs, etc.

Ultimate Offering in a Warrior deck can be brutally quick and evil when you combine it with Warrior Returning Alive and Reinforcements of the Army. If you're using Maurading Captains you can summon 4 monsters in the same turn for the price of 500lp

Maurading Captain->Speacial Summon
Ultimate Offering ->Another normal summoned Maurading Captain->Special Summon

This is on my old errata thread but here's how the text of Ultimate Offering should ideally read:

Ultimate Offering
At the cost of 500 Life Points per monster, the controller of this card is allowed an extra Normal Summon or Set during his/her Main Phase and your opponent's Battle Phase. (This does not include your Battle Phase)
