i was think and i didn't know, dose Skill Drain work on Jinzo and EH wildheart....

if Skill Drain is active on the field before they are summone then yes if they are out before Skill Drain then no. Simple first come first serve rules.

Otherwise known as Timestamping. Whichever effect was activated first gains precedence over effects that contradict it but are activated later on.

Of course, if Skill Drain is later destroyed, the effects of Jinzo and E-Hero Wildheart are active again.
