Uria's Summoning Condition... A Blessing in Disguise?

What happens if "Uria, Lord of Searing Flames" is Special Summoned by sending 3 "Pole Position"s face-up on the field to the graveyard?

Pole Position's effect occurs immediately when they are removed and do not use the chain. Whichever monster(s) had the highest attack when all 3 are removed are destroyed.

So if there was a Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Zaborg the Thunder Monarch, and Skilled Dark Magician face up on the field, only Blue-Eyes White Dragon would be destroyed. If there was Dark Magician, Reign-Beaux, Overlord of Dark World, and Spirit Reaper on the field, Dark Magician and Reign-Beaux would both be destroyed (both had the highest ATK at that time).

After that, the players have the chance to respond to see if Uria's summon is successful (Solemn Judgment, [Black] Horn of Heaven) and if it is, then the controller of Uria can use that effect if possible.

Not that bad. So "Pole Position" won't stack. However, if it is included in the cards you send, then the biggest threat on the field gets destroyed, and then a 3000 ATK Sacred Beast gets to surface the field, that with priority, can't be responded to the summoned, and there's a chance that such a card, or ever something more dangerous, is destroyed upon summon. That's a... 3 for 2 >.<. Well, it might gain just the right field advantage that card advantage won't matter over, espicially with the user's turnly MST.

Back when 3x Mobius was commonplace, Pole Position was a nice counter to that. Chainable destruction. But then again, Bottomless Trap Hole, Pulling the Rug, etc. all do the trick now.
