V. Lord vs Skill Drain..

Ok, I run a Skill Drain Deck... Would Skill Drain stop V. Lord's reborning effect??? and if not, would it be a decent addition to a Skill Drain Deck (since technically it would be my only tribute monster next to Fusilier, but we all know he doesnt get tributed for in this deck... lol)?

His recursion effect does work since it triggers in the graveyard. I'd run him in Skill Drain. Wish I'd thought of it before I took mine apart.

[edit] Here's the actual ruling:

"¢ "Skill Drain" negates the effects of face-up Effect Monsters on the field, but does not negate effects that activate in the Graveyard, such as "Witch of the Black Forest", "Sangan", "Mystic Tomato", "Giant Rat", "Exiled Force", "Sinister Serpent", and "Vampire Lord".

In that case.. I am thinking Two of them ... that along with Torrential and my opponents Mirror Force would be very swarmy.. hehehehhe

Since Pyramid Turtle's effect activates in the graveyard you're free to deck it too.
