im not sure if this has been answered before but anywho i was wondering if my opponent forgets his vampire lord/phoenix is it madatory that i remind him about it or are thier effects optional?? i need to know asap so thanks to those who reply

the card states that it must be summoned if destroyed by said way. its mandatory, you cannot skip it, it isnt like Sinister Serpents effect.

just read both effect and you will see that Vlord/Phoenix state that they must be special summoned.

and if you are the opponent do not remind the player you can get a warning, its not like a Serpent beign missed. that is optional.

Also, there is no Level 4 judge test, so there are no Level 4 judges. -_- The highest possible at this time is Level 3. I'm Level 2, and I can tell you that daguywitbluglasses is right.

And just as a heads-up. Usually if someone posts something incorrect, it will get corrected (within a day or so, depending on when it is posted). If the correct answer is posted, usually nothing else will be added because there is nothing else to add.

is there anyone who has a judge level of 4 or higher to prove this or somewhere in the official rules where it is written???

Heh. No, there is not a single Level 4 or higher judge at this point in time. So, if you're only accepting an answer from someone Level 4 or higher, you're going to have to wait until the Level 4 Judge Test actually, you know...exists. I'm a Level 2 Judge, just like chaosruler, and Dlanaan is a Level 3 Judge. I'm also a Netrep, if that means anything these days. =P

In any case, the original answer given to you, and the subsequent agreement, is correct.

I thought UDE staff were considered level 5?

As stated, officially there are no judges over a L3.

Kevin was asked about the L4 test. He made one quickly. It's the name of his first dog. <laffin>

Obviously there are UDE employees who possess rules knowledge enough that if there were indeed a L5 test available they'd be able to pass it. That's not how the judge leveling works though.

At this point those at UDE who control the judging program have their hands full with rewriting the current L2 and L3 tests as well as the Player Support tests for Yugioh as well as VS. It's just not a priority at this time for them to create a L4 or L5 test....likely which could only be passed by half of the current L3 judges in the next year. The big picture is telling them it's more important to make sure that those who are judging every day be well prepared and up to the task. That's going to be the L2's and L3's

That is what evrybody says UDE Staff are Level 4 and 5. Did UDE said that it is true or confirm it. I thought they never did. What Level is Kevin does anybody know ? I think maybe 1,2 or 3 people know that arent working on UDE (mayby nobody or maybe he hasn't got a level). UDE Staff is the highest but they dont have Level 4 or 5 I think.
