If you have vilepawn archfiend on the fiend and another archfiend out thats not vilepawn, if you equip the other with raregold armor does that create a lock? i need to know for my archfiend deck i'm making

Vilepawn Archfiend is similar enough to Marauding Captain that the same ruling should apply.
