VWXYZ...where to start?

i was just looking up some of the new posts where i saw the "new rulings" for the xyz fusions...so YOU CAN summon them from the RFP area...i always thought it would be fun to make a v to z deck because i have so many copies of all the pieces from the chazz princeton decks but i dont know where to start....never made one of these decks before....can someone help me out?

IMO, even with all the union supports like HMSP, Roll Out, Frontline Base, etc. it's still impossible to get VWXYZ out. IMO, just stick with XYZ deck.

try talking to fuzzman, he's one of the resident vwxyz experts. he's got a damn good deck based around them floating around on here.

It is NOT Impossible at all, I can summon hin very often. Now most of the time it is not needed, but it has won me several duel so far.

Anyway, VWXYZ won't add weight to your deck (of curse if it is a pure V-W-X-Y-Z Deck).

The support cards wont do too much for the deck, Try using Ultimate Offering , Dimension Fusion and Return from the Different Dimension.

Its my turn to return the favour. True with the Mega Zord out it is a great acomplishment. To be honest its not hard to summon any of the peices. There are a cuple of routes you can take. Ill explain the one I use. This may help.

First Run 3 of X,Y and Z there fusions are the best and only 2 of the others. This is all you will need. What I do is Send my Monsters to the graveyard by any means necessary. Once there I remove them from play and thats where the fun starts.

A monster that you might not of thought thats has helped me alot is Magical Merchant. Think about what I do and my Plan send monsters to the grave. This little insect has given me 2 monsters in the grave and Soul Release.

Then when the time is right use 3x Return from the Different Dimension and 1 to2 Dimension Fusion. Return is better as only you get the effect. Normally I don't get the Meagazord out all the mini-Versions are easier and can be a thorn in the side. Oddly Enough I don't run Roll Out! Compulsory Evacuation Device seems to do better for me.

Fuzzman has pretty much got the point of the VWXYZ, but another fun combo I love to use with the cards is Magical Merchant + Big Burn + Chaos Greed/chaos somthing. It is risky but imo alot more challenging.

ah im liking ur thinking fuzzman and fallen...i can tell this decks gonna be using a LOT OF monsters tho....so for a monster line up we've got

3xY-Dragon Head
3xZ-Metal Tank
2xV-Tiger Jet
2xW-i forget its name...
2xMagical Merchant
Sangan
Breaker the Magical Warrior
D.D. Warrior Lady

W-Wing Catapult. Remembering the names is easy its the fusion effects that will get you. Yeah the Monsters Look goog. The reason I don't use Shining Angel is that they seem to slow me down odly enough. Did I seea Cyber Jar in that list?

if youir gonna be using Return from the Different Dimension then you might want to skip using dd warrior lady in a form of non remove from play monster removal

What about using Mirage of Nightmare instead of Magical Merchant as a way to decrease the monster numbers to simply those lettered monsters?

And Fuzzman, why Compulsory Evacuation Device?

well...we CANT USE Mirage of Nightmare...its banned..i suppose i could put a Cyber Jar in the lineup...how about some spells and traps?

Its saved me serveral Times. Bring Back monsters with Return from the Different Dimension. If you bring back 2 Heads and a Y peice you can only remove 2 for fusion. CED saves the 3rd monster. And it frustrates the opponent. That and Limiter Removal. Just helps out really. Also it can clear the feild and you can smack them with a Limiter Removal XYZ-Dragon Cannon.

RftDD! Why didn't I THINK OF THAT! It's just like Merchant/Dekoichi with Miracle Fusion with E-Hero decks!

Smart, very smart. ALOT easier then TRYING to put those blasted Unions on your field.

Kudos to you fuzzman.

And yeah, with that idea, I'll say even run 3x Merchants and maybe even Dekoichi. (And PRAY that you don't get NoC smack on it) And some Shining Angel to search won't be a bad idea either. (Although some pieces are unsearchable) I don't really like Dimension Fusion. I'll say put that once DDA is limited 1 per deck. For now, too risky.

Ya know, with this idea. Not just 3x Soul Release, you can add like 2-3x Bazoo the Soul-Eater for more effective XYZ pieces removal. And we all know that Bazoo + RftDD deck won the Shounen Jump tourney once.

And yeah, with this design, I'll say Cyber Jar/Morphing Jar/Card Destruction are a must. (Along with like 3x Merchant... and pray it won't get NoC)

But these kinda decks must fear MSlv2, evil evil MSlv2.

MSLV2 Dosen't scare my deck at all just sends cards to the Graveyard. I normally summon my peices. My hands normally start with X-Head. So he normally beats them up. Im scarily running card of snactity. Not to sure about it though.
