If I attack my opponent with Silent Swordsman Lv 5 and my opponent activates waboku ( All damage dealt to you by an opponents monster is reduced to zero ) can I still level up my monster to Lv 7 since Lv 5 doesn't say that I have to do damage I still attack my opponents life points directly for zero?

The short answer is no, you cannot level-up if Waboku reduces the Battle Damage to 0.
Why? The long answer is that the term "successfully attack directly" means that you must attack directly and inflict at least 1 point of Battle Damage to the opponent's Life Points.

Mucus Yolk cannot increase his attack if he inflicts no damage. 0 life points lost is no damage.
