I have made a new warrior deck that is based on the known Wildheart theme , but because I have added 2x Spell Striker to better control the field , I have changed my 3x Shrink with 2x Rush to be able to use them on Spell Strikers for 1300 direct damage. Also I now have 2 Warrior Returning Alive to use them for Spell Striker ( I Use Warrior Alive , bring in my Spell Stiker in my hand from the Graveyard , Remove from play Warrior Ret. and Special Summon Spell Striker ... ) . Also I use a copy of Skyscraper 2 - Hero City to control the field by bringing back my Wildhearts.

It looks good, but it could use a few changes.
-Skyscraper 2-Hero City
-2 The Warrior Returning Alive
+1 Elemental Hero Ocean
+1 Elemental Hero Wildheart.
It is now down to 40 cards and it looks better without the city.
 
it's a pretty straight foreward warrior build, i assume it suits you well.....if it wins for you and you are comfortable then you should put effort into side deck choices thinking about matchups you will be likely to face, such as , diamond dude turbo, bazooper, monarchs, burn,demise otk, etc
what gives you problems when you play?
 
Hero City only belongs in a dedicated E-hero Deck. (i.e. the E-Hero Fusion kind) Your deck is not, so take it out. A deck with just Wildheart and Stratos don't need Hero City.

And since most of your warriors are below the 1700~1800ATK, I would recommend Shrink over Rush Recklessly, even if that doesn't kill GK Spy and Jujitsu Master. (To beat out Cyber Dragon/Monarchs)

I know Shrink is by far a better card fro Rush , but I use Rush to be able to use them also with Spell Striker for 1300 direct ...
