i 'm judge lvl 1 and i think :
the cost of wave-motion cannon do an effect and i can chain Hallowed Life Barrier so in the turn i not loss lp!!

it is good or not good my idea!?

I think there's no problem. Even if the card goes to the graveyard, the effect can still be negated, like Cannon Soldier who tributes itself: his effect can be negated by Divine Wrath, right?

hallowed life barrier is a cost version of Pikeru's Enchanted Circle (what ever its called now)

so any damage that isnt battle damage is reduced to zero.

in this case since its not BBTD (Barrel Behind the Door) or TOBE (Trap of Board Eraser) then i belive you can activate it, aslong as you can pay for it (hallow life)

Hallowed Life Barrier also reduces Battle Damage to your Life Points, but not your monsters, to zero.

as saw in old netreps files "imperial order" activate is CHAIN with the "sending to grave to activate the efct" of "wave motion cannon also" would make the damage zero once "imperial order" would negate the resolution of the efct

Actually it's Waboku and Pikeru's Circle combined into one card. It prevents battle and effect damage.

Actually, it's a toned down Waboku and Pikeru's Circle combined. Why toned down?

A) As stated it protects you from battle damage but not your monster (while Waboku would).
B) It only protects you from your opponents cards that inflict damage... not your own... so if you activate "Ring of Destruction", don't bother chaining "Hallowed Life Barrier" since it's not your opponent's card inflicting the damage (while Pikeru's Circle would).

It has its uses... esp. since it can protect from all damage your opponent throws at you. It's just not as flexible in some cases when you need it to be.
