What has changed regarding deck construction in the last 4 months?

Also, what has stayed the same? What I mean is, how does a "snapshot" of the game as it is played today differ from the "snapshot" I remember from before my long absence? I'd like to focus on deck construction -- as I know how to look up rules, and OP strategy is a learned thing that I'll have to practice seprately.

Both are serious questions, seeing as I'm kinda lost trying to figure out how to get back into the game. Wait, that was a bigger understatement than I likely know, as I haven't been following the game much over my absence...
