The card hand destruction says: Each player sends 2 cards from their hand to the Graveyard and draws 2 cards. the ? is if you or the other play have any cards in your hand can you still draw 2 cards? Also, what if you have 2 cards the other player does not do u still get 2 activate the effect of Hand Destruction & draw 2 cards?

You cannot activate Hand Destruction if 1 or both players do not have 2 or more cards in their hand (excluding Hand Destruction). You cannot activate Hand Destruction if 1 or both players do not have 2 cards in their Deck.• "Hand Destruction" cannot be activated if either play has 1 or less cards in their hand and/or remaining in their Deck. If you have "Hand Destruction" and 1 other card in your hand, you cannot activate "Hand Destruction".
• If either player has 1 or less cards in their hand when "Hand Destruction" resolves, its effect disappears. If either player has 1 or less cards remaining in their Deck, they lose the Duel when they are unable to draw a card.
During resolution, if 1 or both players have 1 or 0 cards in their hand, the effect disappears.
Both players are forced to draw 2 cards. Drawing the exact amount of cards specified is mandatory, and a player will lose if they cannot draw all their cards.
