When your opponent cards?

Can you chain multiple cards to a single attack assuming you are in the right timing. For example, your opponent declares an attack with Asura Priest, you activate Sakuretsu Armor in response to the attack, your opponent chains Royal Decree in an attempt to negate Sakuretsu Armor, then you chain another Sakuretsu Armor to Royal Decree.

Resolve: Sakuretsu Armor No.2 destroys Asura Priest as the timing is still correct, the last thing to happen was the attack. Royal Decree kicks in negating the first Sakuretsu Armor.

Is this correct?

No card can ever be chained to an attack, because attacks have no spell speed. Once an attack is declared, it has been declared and shall commence. After the declaration there is, however, an opportunity to respond to the event of declaring the attack before proceeding to the Damage Step. This is when cards like Sakuretsu Armor can be activated.

In the example you described, it is perfectly legal to activate multiple Sakuretsus in response to the same attack. The reason for this is that no card has resolved yet, so the last completed event to occur is still the attack declaration. Thus, the timing is still valid.

Welcome back Jason :)....

Just as a bonus, if the current chain has completed, you cannot start another chain with a card like Sakuretu (which requires, a specific timing like an attack), afterwards.
