Which is better, Peten the Dark Clown, or Spirit Reaper?

I'm in the process of making a Stall Burn Deck, and was wondering which monster would be better for me to add. Peten is great becasue he can fetch copies of himself (thus thinning my deck), although his ability isn't always able to be used (for example if his timing is missed, or if Jowgen the Spiritualist is on the field (no special summons). Spriit reaper is great though, since he can't die in battle (certinally better against Fiend decks).

I've thought about using both, but I don't have the deck space, and was wondering if Spirit Reaper's abiltiy to stay alive would serve me better in the long run than Peten's ability to fetch copies of itself. The way in which my deck work, Spirit Reaper's discard ability would alomst never come into play.

Any thought on this would be greatly appreacted.

You will probably find Spirit Reaper's survival ability MUCH more beneficial, because you can easily miss Peten's timing

Peten the Dark Clown has to have his being sent to the Graveyard the LAST thing to happen, so he won't work with Card Destruction, tribute summons, Cannon Soldier, Ring of Destruction, Cyber Jar, The Creator, Serial Spell, etc.

Put in Spirit Reaper, it's effect is better. For stall/burn, if you want thinning, why not get giant germ instead. its more suited to the theme, and easier to pull off than peten

Spirit Reaper is probably better than Peten in most cases. I am sure you could find situations where Peten would be better, but not a lot.

As for Giant Germ verses Nimble... Nimble would probably be better in more situations, however fiend decks love the Germs. Not that you run fiends, but I do.
