nice i love the anti-exiled tech as for the deck as a whole it looks good to me but i don't know much about cyber-stein otk's so all i could say is maybe fit in a mystik wok or 2 in
 
hm....this deck looks a little slow.....but nice build....these decks in general are slow, but there are many ways to win, which makes them worthwhile. I think you should add a swords of revealing light and a messenger of peace. Keeps you alive long enough for you to pwn with chimera or Stein.
