it was the special edition box and it came with a duel masters guide cd and a variant card

my variant card was an ultra rare Elemental Hero Sparkman with different art than the common one
was wondering if anyone knew the other ones
 
This is out already in the TCG? Sheesh. Well no, this a real Deck in all. The only new cards we get is Skelengel. You lucked out in getting the Special Edition one since the only reason anyone would get it if they want to go for a Edo Phoenix Deck and use his Elemental Hero Sparkman, which is what you got. Kevin Tewart decided to make some beginner level Starter Deck, like Yugi and Kaiba Starter Decks back when the game came out. That is why you see nothing fancy or even Quick-Plays, since apparently that would confuse the little kiddies.

ah that explains the cheesy rulebook

so the starter deck 2006 isnt this deck....hmmm it wasnt a bad haul though
 
yeah that is the starter deck 2006...you just got the limited edition version, with the dvd and black sparkman (i want it i want it i want it)

what i want to know is, what is the art on the Kuriboh ? is it like the mrd Kuriboh or is it the alt art one (pcy) ?

dang....i was hoping for the alt art one in common form, to go with my 2 pcy ones...oh well

the starter decks look good though, great for lil kids getting into the game or even for parents to learn how to play

can't wait to see the black sparkman on ebay....i'll be going after them in a big way

they are already on ebay

the rulebook is great for little kids...but they could stop making rare cards common.....
 
woohoo...off to spend more money on bits of shiny cardboard...just picked up box of jaden packs for $100AUD, now i'm hunting for black sparkman and a box of DP SE boxes :drool_jed

roflmao..i do the same.....i spend the money i should save, u should wait though the special edition pack is only 13.97 so get 3, i may be cheaper
 
when i said dp se boxes. i meant a bof of boxes....i think it's 10 or 12 boxes per box ? i can't remember how many tlm/een se boxes i got per box last time

edit: my bad, you were talking about black sparkman and the special edition structure deck pack...i probably will get 2 or 3 of them, just for the sparkmans and the bladedges....lots of ehero mad kids in my area now

not even on Netrepâ„¢....im gonna buy 2 more so i can have 3 skelengel, imma have fun with that card...

EDIT: OMG when i typed netrep it gave it a little TM sign,,,omg....its so amazing
 
Well, I guess there is no reason for me to wait to publish the RONIN update for YSD, then. I'll get the data pushed out tonight (it's been ready for a while)

LOL. We're not allowed (by our own rules) to publish any card data before it's appeared in "the wild". Of course, every now and again we sneak some things out there, mainly because it's been pre-entered and we have some other changes to push. You'll NEVER see us publish anything important before you can buy it in a store or on eBay. It's not our place.
 
Wal-Mart's In our area got them Saturday afternoon and about 5 or 6 kids at my tourny were running around with the new Sparksman not even caring about Skelengel or common Brain Control or that little nifty Sakuretsu Armor that go pretty good on ebay. They also said they would be getting the SE DP's tomarrow and have them on shelves by the afternoon. Should be interesting to test out the Buried Map.
