Crystal Beast and Rainbow Dragon clarifications please

Phantom6

Blues.EXE
We'll do Rainbow first.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your hand while you have 7 "Crystal Beast" cards with different names on the field or in your Graveyard. This card cannot activate its effects the turn it is Special Summoned.

So say Joey has five Crystal Beast with different names on the field, Three in his Monster Zone and two in his Magic/Trap zone. He also has two CB monsters in his graveyard.

Of these seven monsters there are no repeats.

Can he summon Rainbow Dragon?

The card text doesn't say in EITHER the graveyard OR on the field and I want to make sure there are no technicalities.

And second,
Joey summons Sapphire Pegasus, Kaiba activates Bottomless Trap Hole.

Is pegasus removed or can its effect put it safely in the Magic/Trap zone?

Correct. "Or" in Yu-Gi-Oh! always means "and/or", unless it says otherwise.

For that second one, from the rulings:
If a "Crystal Beast" is destroyed by "Bottomless Trap Hole" it will be removed from play and you cannot activate its effect.

(just to be clear) As long as the Crystal Beast gets RFPed when destroyed, before it would normally head toward the GY it cannot save itself. (Someone else may want to break down the exact timing later --or I'll do it tomorrow). If the D.D.'s, DMoC or Bottomless destroy it, yes, it will be removed. But, if it is destoyed by a non-removal card when something Like Macro Cosmos, or Dimensional Fissure is on the field, their effects don't kick in until the destroyed card is already headed to the RFP, so Crystal Beasts can go to the GY instead.
