Can it be chained to the Special Summon of a monster like Gigantes who needs an Earth monster removed from play? Like if I only have one Earth monster in my GY and I play Gigantes and goto my GY to remove the Earth monster and the opponent flips his Transmigration Prophecy to remove my sole...

Can you activate Pulling the Rug when Breaker the Magical Warrior is summoned? I would think you could, but not sure if putting a Spell Counter is enough of an effect... heh.
