Can GK Watcher negate cards such as dark world lightning and other cards used in the dark world deck?

What is the ruling for the following situation: Player A flips morphing jar. Both players don´t have 5 cards on their decks to draw. Since no player has enough cards to resolve morphing jar´s effect, is it a draw?

Magical Dimension is a bit for both, swarming and beatdown. Since gravekeepers are weak, Magical Dimension's second effect could be useful.

I believe that magician circle is not that good, since if i don't have a spellcaster it can be a dead draw. I was thinking in adding a Dark Magician of Chaos, it helps a bit since it removes the mounsters destroyed and negates the effects of searchers. Any thoughts about this?

I run a gravekeeper's deck, my idea is to keep all cards in the graveyard ones they are use or discard so i just have to worry for a card ones a no more. Do you think I should use Lightning Vortex?

Can I have everyones opinion on lightning vortex? Some people have advice me to take it out of my deck for a smashing ground. I think I should not, but want to have a second opinion.
