Yes there re different, which is a bit unfortunate for me since a lot of the things I want to watch on Netflix is only availible on the US side. Wow that's quite a bit more then I'm willing pay to watch it. I suppose torrents is an option or I find a site that allows me to stream it.

The problem with that is the film is it's American imports and I cannot play American blu rays on my PS3, as for the DVD i've not I'm having issues with region 1 DVD player I have, the sound on it plays to low for me to enjoy, even with the volume at max, so right now that option out for me...

I did even know Automata exsisted until now, it does look interesting. Although I'm going to struggle to watch it legally, since as far as I can tell from a couple of quick google searchs it doesn't seem have a UK release scheduled.

I've heard that they where expensive for the components used, even if that's not true, i'm probably gonna pass on the machines and I might get the OS and run it along side Windows on the same PC i'm hoping to eventually replace my Laptop with. Although the Android situation does seem interesting...

I feel I should give a warning here, having money Steam during one of there infamous sales will be an invitation to spend it on games you either don't have space for or you only wanted because of price, but if you can resist the urge then good luck to you.
