    whos that mokemon

I guess I don't remember my review perfectly then. But that's the closest it's possible to get to the pokémon I'm thinking of. In fact, it's as close as a level up away...

    whos that mokemon

I'm not looking for an actual meme, you know. It's just a hint. Small, brown, furry, mentioned in my review of the Celebi film. C'mon, I'm getting bored of this now.

    The Official Create-A-Card Thread.

Shinedown Field Spell Card The ATK and DEF of all LIGHT monsters on the field are halved. During each of their End Phases, the controller of this card must either Tribute 1 DARK monster or destroy this card. Next card: The Rascal

    whos that mokemon

Ah! I remember this. I even remember which pokémon I'm using. The above clue references a meme from "Team Fortress 2". Get that meme, and the missing word is practically the answer.

    Urgent Tuning

I say it is redundant, because you can more easily say, "Fusion Summon a monster that lists...". Y'know, use it like: "Special Summon a WIND monster from somewhere". I'd love to know if there's actually a reason why they've never used "Fusion Summon" as a verb, despite the number of cards that...

    Urgent Tuning

That's... that's genius! It explains that once-thought stupid "(This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.)" text you find all over alternate Fusion cards. If you assume that a Fusion/Synchro Summon cannot ever be done by a card effect, but that any other Special Summons can, then it...

    Paladin of the Cursed Dragon

There's an OCG ruling that says you can Special Summon a non-Zombie-Type monster (now a Zombie-Type monster because of "Zombie World"), even if it was destroyed before "Zombie World" was activated. In short, the monster needs to have been destroyed by battle, and it needs to be a Zombie-Type...

    Urgent Tuning

So I happened to glimpse "Urgent Tuning", and I noticed it's a card effect that Summons a monster (Synchro Summon, to be precise). I also noticed that one of the OCG rulings claims the Summon (not the card effect) can be negated by "Solemn Judgment", but only if it's on Chain Link 1. So...

    exodia Vs Graceful charity

You can't win a Duel halfway through resolving a card effect. You can win between Chain links, though. Compare with Continuous effects, which cannot switch on halfway through a card effect but can switch on on between Chain links. So no, you'd have to finish resolving "Graceful Charity"...

can mask of restrict stop synchro summonings

I should pull you up on that last paragraph of yours. A Synchro Summon is a Summon, not an effect. You can only chain to a Summon with cards that negate Summons ("Solemn Judgment" and the like).

    Paladin of the Cursed Dragon

Yes, I don't think the "destroyed by battle" has to happen while "Paladin of the Cursed Dragon" was on the field at the time. If it meant that, it would have said it (no, really - it's an important enough stipulation that it would be mentioned).

    Instant Fusion and Non-Spellcasting Area

You missed discussing "Swing of Memories", which can be bypassed by "Non-Spellcasting Area" (allegedly). Can I ask what your sources of these card workings are? Because I can see an official ruling on "Instant Fusion" to say the monster will still be destroyed, whereas there's only a tip note...

Blast Juggler That one that's a big red ball with silver spikes coming out the sides that equips itself to the opponent's monster and destroys it during its controller's next Standby Phase. I forget the name. Ah, Blast Sphere.

    2009 World Championship Preview

I'd want one more if it wasn't for that little bit of text right at the bottom. It's a shame it's so easy to cheat one's way out of a Match loss, though, by simply forfeiting the duel just before you lose it (remember "Victory Dragon"? Unfairly banned).

    YGO Card Name Game

Time Wizard The monsters attacked by it live off the time the "Time Wizard" spews out, but of course they get loads of it at once and snuff it.

    re: Command Knight

Hang on... I think I feel a pseudo-metaphysical explanation coming on... An attack target is something monsters can attack. By default, this means "opponent's monsters" or, iff the opponent has no monsters, "the opponent". "Iff", as we well know, means "if and only if". But that alone isn't...

    Konami judge test?

Ah, okay. I thought it was just a typo of "winner", as in, "judges are these".
