    It's all good. I also act as a sort of 'judge' where I play (usually at home), and people ask me about rulings all the time. And, most times I get things wrong than I get right. :-P Your last statement is strongly applied here also.

    Parasite Paracide states that your opponent has to 'draw' this monster for its second effect to activate. If I used Dark Designator to 'add' Parasite Paracide to my opponent's hand, would the special summon effect of Parasite Paracide activate?
