I have seen that episode, and I think his version just runs too slow for Necromancer. I can't really just rely on 0 atk monsters as I may need to use monsters with some atk points (i.e. Breaker, Mof basically staples) As for the T.A.D.P.O.L.E. thing, I too have often tried to figure it out...

Looks alright. Seeing as it is an Armed Dragon deck, you may want to add in a Roc from the Valley of Haze. It is a wind 2400 atk monster that when it is discarded goes back to your deck. It works great with Armed Dragon LV5 and Armed Dragon LV7 effect. Level Turning should also be fitted in here...
