In an earlier topic, I read that if Raigeki is played, it's effect still continues even if it is destroyed. Therefore, the only effective way is to negate the spell and destroy it. Could someone please explain this better?
Say I had 1700 lifepoints. It's now my opponent's battle phase and he has a "Elemental Hero Bladedge" on the field. My field is of course unprotected. He attacks, only to find me activating my "Cemetary Bomb." He subtracts 3200 lifepoints from his 1400.
This is pretty much a real scenario...
