10/01/05 Zombie Deck

In general, I like this build. Just a few things I would like to throw out there...

Tomato isn't doing much apart from pulling another Tomato, a Sangan or a Reaper...in attack mode...to be pounded on...yeah. I highly suggest you try to find some sort of replacement for these guys. Maybe a Des Lacooda (seriously) and a Mystic LV2 to give Rat just a bit more utility, and to give just one more target for that Book of Life.

The tributes look beautiful on paper, but I think you should drop one (Kokki or Big V) for another level 4. Methinks a D.D. Warrior Lady, Breaker (who belongs in every aggressive deck), or that one Tsukuyomi.

Reload is just plain garbage. It isn't good outside of an OTK, and even in there I just don't like it. It's -1 just to get a POSSIBLY better hand. Lose it for that one Book of Moon you are aloud to play. It is just too good.

Lastly, I would like to address the one card in here that seems horrendously out of place, and will get you killed. Card Destruction. Yes, you will get bad hands. Yes, you want to control the opponent's draw. But with the imenent release of Elemental Energies, and the uber-broken Dark Realm Monster Possy (TM) rearing their ugly heads, Card Destruction should see ZERO run time in any deck that even might have the faintest possiblity of faceing off against a Dark Realm or two. Hitting even one Dark Realm monster with CD will cripple your game. Don't play it (unless you desire a thurough beating...).

Like I said in my opening paragraph, a lot of these cards (namely the tomatoes) are just stand-ins. I won't have a Breaker or DDWL until the new structures are released. I had actually thought about replacing the Tomatoes with Des Lacooda and Tsukuyomi, but decided to leave them in because of their synergy with Creature Swap. Reload is, once again, just filler untill I can get my hands on a Lightning Vortex, Book of Moon, CotH, Brain Control, Enemy Controller etc. And as for Card Destruction, I agree that once Elemental Energy comes out, it will see 0 maindeck play outside Dark Realms, but It's over a month until EEN comes out, when I will, hopefully, have a replacement for it, so until then, CD stays.

Great suggestions there, thanks for all the feedback.
