Question 1: How many Light Hex's can be used in the bringing out of Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon?

Question 2: Since The Creator's effect isn't a cost, am I right to assume he would be killer in a deck built for Dark World Monsters?

1. One (1), since all the other material monsters MUST be the correct ones.

2. No, because the card is NOT discarded to the Graveyard. It is SENT to the Graveyard. That little wording difference is what keeps "The Creator" from pwning with the "Dark World" monsters.
