Once the Shadow Monarch structure comes out (whenever that is) going to run 3x Caius and 2x Different Dimension Revival.

EDIT: Because of necrofear, I think RftDD for mass summoning OTK should work. Going to put solemn in sidedeck.

My friend also runs a Macro/Monarch Deck(1 of each, Mobius, Thestalos, Granmarg, and Zaborg)

The only cards I know that he runs that you don't have here are Needle Worm(deck destrution + necro power), Grand convergence(field control + burn), soul absorption(ridiculous LP boost from Needle Worm and such), and Dimension Fusion(for some ridic overkill finishes)

You could try out some of these and see how things work out
