I am actually interested in playing this game but i dont really know the basics of it.I would apreaciate if someone tells me how to play the game and what is the subject of it.I would also like to know if this game is worth playing(From what i heard yes).SO anyone?

It's worth playing, yes.

To learn how to play the game, there is actually an online demo for it. I actually learned by watching this online demo, so I know it's possible. You can view the demo here: http://www.upperdeckentertainment.com/marvel/demo.aspx

After that, I'd recommend reading over the Rule Book, this book is for beginners and is the book that comes in the Starter Deck. UDE has it online in a PDF format. You can vew it here at http://www.upperdeckentertainment.com/marvel/downloads/marvel_rulebook.pdf

You can also learn more by reading the comprehensive rules guide here at http://www.ude.com/rules

I hope that helps...

VS System is combat-oriented, meaning that almost the entire game focuses on combat (even moreso than YGO). The best part about it, in my opinion, is that anyone who's ever played any kind of TCG can pick up a starter deck, grab a similarly experienced friend, and get the gist of the game within about ten minutes.

It's definitely worth it to play, even without looking at the multi-million dollar prize pool.

thanks helpoemer it really helped
i see VS system is quite interesting still i have another question
is VS system as yugioh meaning the price for the cards is very high
also do you know a place to buy cards(online).

If you meant "Prize" as Price....I feel Vs is better off. In my area you buy a pack for about .60 cents less than a YGO pack and you get more in the pack. Also, you are guaranteed a Rare and a Holo card for your money. Albiet, sometimes the Rare/Holo are one in the same. It's still a danged good deal.

Only a few of the more highly sought after cards are expensive. The most expensive to date that I have found by buying online....Not E-Bay, is 30bux for a Savage BeatDown. That's it.

Try http://www.vsuniverse.com and look in the left margin for the VS Card Store. I believe it is actually Cut and Shuffle.com that sells thru VS Universe. I may be mistaken though. Just look at any other major YGO dealer online and most likely they will have a VS section also.

Hope this helps you out.

Ciao!!

another question :D
what boosters are out already?which do you recomend me?what starter deck you recomend me?

Marvel Origins/ DC Origins/ Web of Spiderman / SuperMan<>Man of Steel for boosters.

XMen/BrotherHood -- Gotham Knights/Arkhaim Inmates -- Spider Friends/Sinister Syndicate for starters.

That is your team/deck preference. I usually reccommend XMen/BH to my new guys and help them build offa that, as it is what I had the most of for spare cards.

I recommend hunting around the internet/sites and looking into different teams that are out. Decide what your interested in making, then focus on that set until you complete your deck. Then expand from there for trades/other decks.

Hope this helps...

Ciao!!

I dont know you personally but I wanted to just say thanks for helping me and I look foward to learning my way around this site and getting to know everyone.
