About D.D. Assailant...

I have a question about the new D.D. Assailant card that has come out in the Capsule Monster Colisseum game. In its effect, D.D. Assailant states that "when this card is destroyed as a result of battle with your opponent's monster, remove this card and the one that destroyed it from the game." Now on to my question. Does it have to be destoyed by a monster with the same attack so that it is destroyed "with" the opponent's monster? Or can its effect be activated any time that it is destroyed by my opponent's monster?

Battle with your opponent's monster means that it battled your opponent's monster, and was destroyed as a result of battle. Compare that with being destroyed by Exiled Force, where it was technically destroyed by that monster('s effect) but cannot remove that monster.

Thoughts?

If your opponent's monster would destroy this card as a result of battle (so no "Mystic Swordsman LVx" effects) regardless if the ATKs are the same (and both are in attack position) or the opponent's Monster ATK is greater than your ATK/DEF both are removed from play. It has to be by battle and not effect. (Essentially what Jenny said)

Okay, thanks. It just has that word "with" in there. So it led me to believe that it had to be destroyed with my opponent's monster, which I interpreted as being both monsters being destroyed as a result of battle through the same battle. I guess I was just over-analyzing the text. BTW, it's from the new game Capsule Monster Coliseum, whatever that is.
