As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent cannot select another monster on your side of the field that includes "Amazoness" in its name, or is named "Amazon Archer", as an attack target.
By its self, its no better than an average 1500 atk'er. However, swarming comes quite easily in warrior decks, so its fairly easy to get it from 1100 to 1900 if not better. As long as it on the field your amazonesss are protected. which is good considering many of them only have 1500 atk or lower.
Any amazoness will benefit the tiger but a more mutal gain would be a tiger and Paladin(s) combination. Tiger protects them and powers itself and the Paladins. Paladins power themselves and the tiger.
Unfortuante that you can only have one on the field at any given time but it makes since they don't want you making an attack lock with a card like this one. Maurading Captain locks but it doesn't provide atk gains and even if it directs attacks at itself, its only at 1200. Command powers itself and other warriors but the attack lock only exist when there are ONLY command knights on your side of the field. Tiger has the pros of both cards. Forces attacks at itself AND gains 400 atk for every Amazoness on the field.
The attack lock can be reached by others methods if your willing. Equiping Raregold armor on another amazoness also gains the attack lock.
All in all, a good card in an Amazoness deck.
