Anti Spell Fragrance

Where can I find rulings for Anti-Spell Fragrance? Can they be answered here; if so...:

Player 1: Set Scapegoat, End Turn
Player2: Activates Anti-Spell Fragrance

Can Player 1 Activate Scapegoat during that turn? Or does it have to be in a chain with Anti Spell Fragrance?

Yes, Player 1 can activate "Scapegoat" that same turn, without necessarily chaining it.  "Anti-Spell Fragrance" only applies to Spell Cards played after it has resolved.

Did player 2 chain with Scapegoat?

Situation 1: Player 2 chains with Scapegoat
Chain Link 1: Player 1 activates Scapegoat
Chain Link 2: Player 2 activates ASF

In this case Scapegoat will still resolves because it was activated before ASF was on the field.

So if you activate a Raigeki and your opponent chains with an Anti-Spell Fragrance, the effect of your Raigeki still resolves correctly.

Correct. Anti-Spell Fragrance will not look to Magic Cards that were Set a previous turn (because those have the requirement already done) or Magic cards that were already activated.

It will only input a requirement at Magic Cards that are in your hands or that were Set that turn.

That is what I know. If I'm wrong, please correct. Thank you.
