This has never been legal.  Barrel only works on cards that inflict damage, not costs.  You can not redirect costs with Barrel, if I had a nickel for every time I've seen this done.

now i understand{after checkin my ronin file's} but correct me if i'm wrong but the last thing stated on the distrb.str card is draw cards..anyway thnx again.....
