Max your Battery Charger. Remember, you CANNOT activate Quick-play during damage step, so you cannot chain Shining Angel special summoning Batteryman AA to your IRS. (This is basic gameplay ruling, so even IF it's not listed in netrep, it's still there as a rule)

So your ONLY option of getting 3x Batteryman AA is your CotH, Premature, and 3x Battery Charger + IRS combo.

Run Graceful Charity. Like I said, since Shining Angel cannot be chained to IRS, your Shining Angel purpose is to summon 1 Batteryman AA to let it die and it your graveyard for Battery Charger food. In fact, your WHOLE DECK purpose is to dump Batterman AA to the graveyard. So you have to have Graceful Charity and Card Destruction as well.

You'll need to stall and put some defense. So I would say run some Reapers. And probably just make your Shining Angel too for Searcher stall and getting some Batterman AA to the graveyard.

I kinda made a deck like this, although in my design, I used 3x Royal Decree and added 3x Enemy Controller to counter Saku/Widespread stuff.

But that was my idea. Your idea is interesting too. Using Ojama Trio and Final attack order to turn all of your Battery AA into ATK position along with Ojama Trio for pretty much direct attacks. The only prob is that both are trap cards... so it'll take some time as in wait a turn.
 
Magical Mallet is pointless IMO, the point is to dump Batteryman AA to the graveyard, not to draw them. Maybe Marauding Captain as a tech... but really, Battery Charger and CotH/Premature is what you should be going for.

Well, you can run some "staple" monsters. Say Breaker, Sangan and even Exiled Force. Cyber Jar "would" be a good choice but we all know Cyber Jar is banned so.... yeah... poo.

Yeah, basically run some staple spell cards and it should be fine. Like Smashing Ground, Book of Moon, MST, SoRL, etc.
