Player B chains his face down Call of the Haunted to summon Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer.

Could player A still remove monsters for Bazoo's effect?

Bazoo doesnt remove monsters one at a time until you have 3 removed. This isnt like activating the effect of Ultimate Offering where you must pay 500 at a time.
