Black Luster/Mask of Restrict

Just a quick question, does Mask of Restrict stop the summoning of Black Luster Soilder - Envoy of the Begining as the monsters are being trib'ed from the graveyard??

no mask of restrict doesnt stop Black luster soldier- envoy.

Because the monsters are being removed from the game, not tributed.

Along with being taken from the GY and not the field anyways

also to clarify, all card effect stating "Send this card from the field to the GY...." will not be stopped by mask of restrict (for the purpose of lv cards), but "offer this monster as a tribute......." will be prevented
