Ok I have this card in my deck and im wondering if there is any ruling on BLS-E based upon special summoning BLS-E from graveyard by using it's first effect, also can BLS-E remove itself from grave in it's effect?

If "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" was successfully summoned to the field (remove 1 Light, 1 Dark from the graveyard and wasn't negated with "Horn of Heaven" or "Solemn Judgment") and then later sent to the graveyard, then yes you can use cards like "Monster Reborn", "Premature Burial", etc. to bring him back to the field.

In regards to his effect to remove a monster from play, yes he can use his effect upon himself (a common tactic for people who "Change of Heart" the opponent's Soldier and then use the effect to remove himself). If he somehow is brought back to the field during the same turn (with say "Dimension Fusion") he can use his effect again.

I mean once BLS-E is in grave can he remove himself to use his effect and if he can be summoned from grave in 1st place

He can be special summoned from the graveyard back to the field assuming he was properly summoned in the first place. If he was sent there directly due to discarding or "Painful Choice" (your opponent gives you a different card), etc. then no. You would need a card like "The Warrior Returning Alive" to pick him from the graveyard and add him back to your hand.

As for if he can use his effect in the graveyard to remove himself, no.

Unless a card specifically says it has an effect that works while it is in the graveyard (like "Marie the Fallen One") no card can use its effect while in the graveyard.

In order to have BLS-EotB be able to be special summoned from the graveyard, you must first summon him normally as per the requirements on the card. That means, removing a light and a dark monster in the graveyard from play first. If he's sent there without being first summoned as per the requirements on his card, then there's no way to summon him from the graveyard.

Also, his effect only works while he's on the field, so once he hits the graveyard, his effects do not apply.

Just asking here, due to something i heard from another duelist in the area...

He's been saying that when you choose to remove a monster using BLS effect, the monster is flipped face-up, so flip effects apply...

I've been looking around, and haven't found any official ruling on this, so plz help? Cuz I don't think that's the case, so just help me with some official clarification so I can calm them down once and for all?

Thanks in advance...:)

No, when a monster is removed from play, it is removed from play. Nothing is flipped or activated. What your friend is most likely thinking is that once the card is out of play, it is placed face up (regardless of its position on the field) so that if it is a monster, it could possibly be returned to the field by "Dimension Fusion" or "Return from the Different Dimension". This distinction is made because some effects remove cards face-down (like "Different Dimension Capsule") where they cannot be special summoned back to the field (if it were a monster) by one of the above cards.

But as I said, when a monster is removed from play, it simply is removed from play.

Err...I think the question Talyce is asking here is if BLS-EotB can be Special Summoned from the Graveyard using his own effect, and he cannot be. To Special Summon BLS-EotB from the Graveyard: 1. It has to have been summoned to the field through its own effect before being destroyed. 2. You have to have a card to Special Summon it from the Graveyard like Premature Burial. It cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard through its own effect. Also, if it is Special Summoned from the Graveyard through an effect like Premature Burial, you do not remove any monsters to summon it. o.o I hope that was what you were asking, and if it was, I hope I answered your question. =)

no you cannot use the Effects of BLS-E to special Summon its self to the field.

the effect requirement apply while it is in your hand then its the only way to summon it. If you do not, you will not be able to summon him Period.

BLS-E remove from play effect Removes the face up or face down monster with no Fips or effects to activate. Unless the monster that is face up States, that it cannot be targeted by an opponents monster cards effect, BLS-E will remove the monster.

The requirement for this is that it cannot attack on the turn it uses its effect.

NO you cannot summon, remove a monster, then play Compulsory evacuation device to get him back then summon again and use the effect again.

BLS can only use its effects 1 per turn. :)

The Turn player Has priority on the remove effect the moment it is summoned. If the opponent would activate Bottomless traphole againt BLS-E. The opponent has to back up and have clarification that the Owner of BLS-E will or will not use its remover from play effect. :)

But, "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" resets its conditions when it is removed from the field. You're right in the fact that it can only use its effects once per turn. But, if "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning" is returned by "Compulsory Evacuation Device" after it removed a monster, the condition is reset, so you can Special Summon it again and remove another monster in the same turn. It is the same as "Blowback Dragon" and company.

Bacman is very correct - if you remove a monster with BLS's effect, and then:
1) Return BLS to your hand and then special summon him again by removing a light and a dark
2) Use Book of Moon on him, then Book of Taiyou
3) Remove him from play, then dimension fusion or return from the different dimension
3) (and my personal favorite) use his effect, then ring of destruction on him (3000 damage apiece), then Call of the Haunted

you can use his effect again

also, on those, the second time around, you could attack (twice) if you so chose - removing from the field or placing face down "resets" him so it's like he was never there in the first place.
