If Player A has only one monster in the Graveyard and has a Call of the Haunted set and Player B uses Book of Life, Player A chain Call of the Haunted to reborn the only monster in the Graveyard, Player B can special summon a Zombie monster or not?

Book of Life has the same timing activation as The Shallow Grave. Both you and your opponent MUST have a monster in the Graveyard just to "activate" the card, which is just playing it to the field.

In order to resolve the effect, it doesnt matter if one monster is removed, say by the effect of "Disappear", it still resolves as much as possible based on the current situation.

Book of Life, your opponent chains Call of the Haunted, well, you obviously cannot remove that monster from play, but you can still Special Summon one Zombie-type Monster from your Graveyard.

The Shallow Grave, same thing would apply if your opponent removed your only monster by chaining Disappear. He can still Special Summon his monster he chose because at the time of activation, there was a monster in each Graveyard.

Well, Book of Life has two effects, but one activation.

1. Special Summon a monster, conditional upon your opponent having a monster in their Graveyard.

2. Removal of selected opponents monster from play, conditional upon that monster remaining in opponents Graveyard at resolution of Book of Life's effect.

You select a Zombie from your Graveyard, at the same time, you select a monster to remove from your opponents Graveyard.

Ceasefire

Negates "Flip:" Type effects, as long as the monster remains face-up at Ceasefire's resolution. You can chain to Ceasefire by using Compulsory Evacuation Device and Desert Sunlight to remove it from the field before Ceasefire resolves.

Flip face-down monsters face-up. Regardless of effect-type or not.

Inflict Damage per effect monster on field, x500.
