I have a question about Book Of Moon. If my friend activate Ring Of Destruction and then I activate Book Of Moon. Does the effect of Ring Of Destruction still resolves? Me and my friend been fighting over this.
Ring of Destruction resolves with no effect (it fizzles), as its target must be face up on the field. This is in the wrong forum, by the way, if any mods want to move it.
